Lucky Garden ..

Just wondering are we that "Lucky" to have a president who run the association based on the following with the consent from the Seksan who have voice out his concern:

(despatched earlier 12 sep 08)
some update on on our lucky garden association representation a number of residents submitted our membership application to the RA in may and june 2008 with the intention to make contribution to our local RA ...3 months later we still have not heard back from the RA
meanwhile in july 08 the RA conducted an AGM without the knowledge of majority of the residents. we only got to know this last week thru one of the committee member
an election of office bearers was conducted in the AGM the committee remains unchanged

the AGM was attended by less than 20 residents the lucky garden RA constitution stipulate that the quorum for AGM shall be at least half the total membership of the persatuan or 30 members
the quorum has not been fulfill for the AGM this is technical and probably not important
our main concern is that our RA has no intention of engaging or representing the residents
and this is very disturbing attached a letter from carol to ahmad nordeen to clarify our membership this is a resident association for heaven sake membership should almost be automatic instead of all this application bullshit honestly i think we have a bunch of self serving individuals pretending to represent our neighbourhood please let me know if there are any ideas how we can better our representation in our neighbourhood we would love to do something about this thanks
cheers

Pls check out the letter of reply from Lord Lucky Garden President Reply:

To Love Malaysia, is to know Malaysia ;-)

Words Malaysians can incorporate into their daily lives:
'Anwarized' - meaning: To get back-stabbed.. i.e. People who have been anwarized may contact the DPM's hotline.
'Badawized' - meaning: To be stupified ...........i.e. Malaysians seem to be badawized by the media which reports biased news
'Najibbed' - meaning: To be blown to bits .....i.e. In this country, you better be careful with what you say, you can be najibbed otherwise
'Petrad' - meaning: To be exposed ...........i.e. Lately the BN coalition has been petrad in many ways
'KayJayed' - meaning: To shout for no reason i.e. He kayjayed in the Dewan and appeared like a moron

'Balaed' - meaning: To vanish suddenly i.e. The opposition balaed from the meeting in protest

'Lingamed' - meaning: To repeat redundantly i.e. The Information Minister lingamed the same rubbish in the debate recently.

'Soileked' - meaning: To be caught on tape i.e. People have stopped using budget hotels as they are afraid of being soileked.

A short Malaysian fiction : Altantuya was cold bloodedly najibbed after she attempted to petra Najib for anwarising her and not making the promised payments. Razak was badawized into covering up for Najib while Najib balaed from the scene. Razak was actually anwarized. However Najib lingamed that he had nothing to do with it and has been kayjaying on the topic in an attempt to prove his innocence. Nevertheless, some quarters have been threatening that they have soileked evidence that Najib was involved.

Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi today said that Umno offered to share power with PAS in Selangor after the general elections as it was within its right as the incumbent state government.

Rahmah Ghazali Jul 25, 08 2:54pm
The car driven by 23-year-old mechanic Chang Jiun Haur had allegedly sped towards a group of policemen during the Bandar Mahkota Cheras fracas, according to a Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) personnel.

Where is the so called victim that was run down by the driver ? If the victim really injuried, I think the mainstream media report (NSTP, THE STAR and UTUSAN) would have make a fuss about it la.

Show us proof la. Don't Talk Bull here la and go FlY KITE better la.

Najis ...Talk some sense la.

As i was going through the Star online newspaper .. i can across the following news:

Police should follow protocol when dealing with Anwar, says Najib
http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2008/7/18/nation/21855279&sec=nation

KUALA LUMPUR: The police must treat Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim with the degree of decorum and respect that he deserves so that the people are assured that the police are acting appropriately, said the Deputy Prime Minister.

My 2 sense ... I am glad u say it but DSAI already got black eye before and you expect us to believe the police are acting appropriately ah ??? Dream on la

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, when asked if the police handling of Anwar’s arrest reflected badly on Malaysia in the eyes of the world, he said the police must follow procedure and necessary protocol. “And we should be transparent so that there will be no apprehension about what the police are doing.”

My 2 Sense ... the way P O L I C E handle the same .. u still can say is follow procedure and necessary protocol ah and transparent ??? Is your brain working properly or you missing someone dearly

On why Anwar was arrested an hour before he was to report himself to the police, Najib said the police had explained this, adding: “Does it make so much difference, another half an hour or 45 minutes?”

My 2 Sense ... Ought not to be much difference la .. but why can't they wait another half an hour or 45 minutes ?? Boleh Mati kah or way pass thier lunch time ah ?
  • Is the P O L I C E in the hurry to beat the traffic ah or not enough people to go around setting up road block ah ??
  • I thought with their super out riders @ Chips should be more than sufficient to pave the way for them to zip around to their HQ rite ?
  • Are they worried DSAI will perform another P.I Bala magic of disappearing ACT. http://sloone.wordpress.com/2008/07/05/where-is-bala/ or for more info check out news in www.Malaysiakini.com

Ever thought of waited till 2pm and if and only if DSAI fail to turn up at 2pm and proceed with whatever procedures / actions / protocol you name it .. then the P O L I C E will be applause greatly ah ?? The level 4 person or "OX"FORD graduate @ monkey rembau MP did not give them such recommendation ah ???

Why need to be HEROs la as end of the day the P O L I C E have become the joker / talk of the Country and need to justify their action this la that ....

But then Maybe the P O L I C E need to act like a hero to further enhance their image being so called productive :)

Asked if the police were being high-handed in their action with the Special Ops Units wearing balaclavas when arresting Anwar on Wednesday, he said the Government did not instruct the police on how they should conduct the arrest.

My 2 sense .. for sure you would denie la about it. Unless later u retract / contradict your statement macam earlier incident whereby you inital you said i don't know / never meet the kid that kena whack backside but later YES .. i met him .. WTF la ???

“I don’t know about that. It is a police matter. We do not go down to the details of instructing the police on how to do it.
“It’s up to their discretion as to what kind of intervention is necessary on their part,” he said before adding, “You can address that question to the police”.
He declined to comment further on the matter when asked if the Government viewed Anwar as a threat to the country’s stability.
“Why do you ask so many questions, the whole thing (press conference) is focused on him?”

My last 2 Sense .. Cannot focus on him ah ? If and only if your kakis @ P O L I C E arrest him after 2 pm then no body would ask you la ... Guna la otak sikit :)

Btw are u jealous :) maybe if you start hinting of your affairs then the reporter will put 1000% focus and on standby for 24hours/7days focus on you lo :)

Bila nak tidur dalam malam or cannot ZZZZ ....Think about the above suggestion :)

Beware of the Security @ Guard Dog

Is this necessary ???? What have the reporters done ??

From what i gather from Wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_guard

A security guard or security officer is usually a privately and formally employed person who is paid to protect property, assets, or people. Often, security officers are uniformed and act to protect property by maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing (either directly, through patrols, or by watching alarm systems or video cameras) for signs of crime, fire or disorder; then taking action and reporting any incidents to their client and emergency services as appropriate. Since at least the Middle Ages in Europe, the term watchman was more commonly applied to this function.

Based on the following reported news, why does the security guard behave so rude and rowdy ?

Who are they to tell people what to wear and what not to wear ? and does using force on the reporter necessary ?

Btw, I am glad that Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz have clarify “As long as you are decently dressed, it’s alright. It's not up to the (security) officers to decide what is decent or what is indecent. Their job is to ensure security - that's it,” said Nazri at a press conference.

That's it ??? Please consider engage another security guards or recruit correctly la or is the Parliament Chief administrator sleeping ah or as usual la .. delegate lo .. TNS

He said that so long as journalists and other visitors are not “wearing underwear and singlet”, they should be allowed into Parliament.

I believe those ah beng, ahmad, mutu etc also know is not appropriate la . . . u think we all still so ulu meh ?

http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/85931 - Journalists outraged over 'dressing down' in Parliament

http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/86177

http://themalaysianinsider.com/index.php/component/content/article/1853-heated-and-noisy-after-the-debate
Maybe the following Music video should be a lesson for those who engage the security guard:

Kinabatangan MP: Yes, I did it but... WHAT ???

As reported in Malaysiakini.

Kinabatangan MP: Yes, I did it but...
Rahmah Ghazali Jul 9, 08 1:46pm
Bung Mokhtar Radin (Kinabatangan - BN) today made an about-turn by admitting making an obscene gesture in the Dewan Rakyat during a dispute with some of Pakatan Rakyat MPs yesterday.

Elo .. Dear MP ? U got use your common sense to think or not or u playing social golf or what ? Asking for Mulligan or better "Malu"gan ah ?

Screw and make fun of people then later change / admit something else.

Please la .. guna la OTAK sikit and think before u say anything la.

Maybe you kena the infamous retract statement or denial virus ah ???

Today say something, tomorrow or thereafter say something else ah? WTF !!!!!!

I tend to believe yesterday night you couldn't sleep well and decided that this morning you need to make a statement so that u can have a peaceful sleep for tonight is it?

Seriously, tonight if you cannot sleep, i suggest u go stroke yourself harder as it may help you to sleep peacefully. :)

BTW, mana itu (go) home minister ah ?? What would you label your counter part by showing such gesture?? Civilised or uncivilised People / MP .. WTF la

Becareful. Blogs spread virus ONE :)

As reported in the STAR newspaper http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2008/7/9/nation/21771592&sec=nation

Shafie: Blogs not doing any good

KUALA LUMPUR: Unity, Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal has hit out at blogs, saying they made the recent demonstrations worse.
He also described the culture of believing everything one read in blogs to be the truth as unhealthy and what made it worse was that the inaccurate information was passed on to others.

"May I ask .. which media should we read and hear ah ?? RTM, TV3, NSTP, etc ah ???" One side of the stories which mainly shield the govt A S S will be the best for us ah ???

“One post may say a person stole RM10 and that amount might end up being RM100 when it got around. That is how inaccurate blogs can be,” he said after the ministry’s monthly assembly at the National Museum yesterday.

I do agreed to a certain extend but .......then after 50 years of indepenedence .. and with first class education provided .. are you assuming or telling us that we are still tinggal dalam zaman Hang Tuah or Hang Jebat or Parameswara ah as in the year of 1400 ah ...think a bit la ...

what is more curcial is to educate and learn to to decide what sort of info is the best to digest and read. Betul or not is up to one self to believe and go verify la.

Shafie said the recent demonstrations were “compounded” by blogs. “These things do not bring any good to the country,” he said.

Not any good to the Country??? SO, move your ass and do something about it instead of Poke here and poke there la .. and passing the buck around la.

Maybe you can consider joining the the monkey blogger as what have been label by your colleagues in the BN GOVT and do something good for the country.

by the way, Blog is free to join .. :) if not sure maybe u can ask your leggy or kids to ajar you la. or Get a book with the title "an idiot guide to blogging to kickstart your project :)

Custodial Deaths is much lower ... so ???

http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/85792

Thousands died in custody, Parliament told

Deputy Home Minister Wan Fairuz Wan Salleh said 1,531 custodial deaths were recorded between 2003 and 2007. However, Malaysia's 2007 death record was ‘so much better than the one in Britain'.

This is a real joke and silliy statement esp coming from a Minister. BIG DEAL ah ???? esp if the so call record is much better compare Britain.

I guess the public is more interested as in why and how the custodial boleh MATI la. Figures or statistics is just number and it may not add up correctly one la :)

Bala will be safe ....Sure or not ????

http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/85789

Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar has given his assurance that private investigator P Balasubramaniam will get police protection if he feels that his life is under threat.

Well ... I hope you are serious la .. scare later you may retract your words .. or you may say it was taken out of content or give us some silliy excuses LOL.

Btw if you are in his shoes / position, would you seek the PDRM protection ah ???

Korrect or not ???

By Hazlin Hassan, The Straits Times

GOVERNMENT leaders yesterday dismissed Sunday's opposition rally as unsuccessful after it failed to attract the one million supporters it targeted initially, while at the same time condemning attempts to create uneasiness among Malaysians.

Sure, i do feel uneasiness especially prior to the rally, romours and news saying that the PDRM and the Army may form a joint exercise etc .. if you were among us would you feel uneasiness ??? Korrect or not ? Use la your brain and think before say such things la :(

Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi described as treachery what he saw as deliberate attempts by some to create perceptions of unease and distrust through the spreading of rumours and conspiracy theories.
'All the slander and lies spread through the blogs and YouTube do not contribute to ease and confidence in the people,' the Bernama news agency quoted him as saying.

Back to the same Question, if you were the opposition .. would you and the leggy do the same action as well ??? Korrect or not ??

A wave of conspiracy theories and rumours have flooded the Internet in the past week following a sodomy accusation against opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim and allegations linking Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak with a slain Mongolian interpreter.
The developments have caused much unhappiness among Malaysians, especially in Kuala Lumpur, with some of it on display at Sunday's all-day 'one million people protest rally'.
Held to protest against steep fuel price increases made earlier by the government, it drew some 15,000 people to a suburban stadium in Selangor, ruled by the opposition since the March general election.
Opposition supporters say the rally reflected a strong opposition building on its victories at the March 8 election.
But government leaders argued otherwise.

'The people did not turn up in the numbers expected. Only the hardcore supporters were there,' said Datuk Seri Najib.

http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/85703

My comment as above :(

He also brushed aside promises made by Datuk Seri Anwar that he would slash fuel prices if his opposition coalition took over from the Barisan Nasional.
'(We need) realistic and practical solutions, achieved not by being unrealistic or having to sacrifice long-term interests for short-term gain,' he said.

Sound good but any concrete solutions ah ???? Quick la .. do we have to wait till dye kingdom come ah or your consultant or think tank still work in progress ah ????

Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar also dismissed the rally, noting it had prompted 'uncivilised acts'.
Many at the rally were stunned when a rock singer pulled down his trousers during his band's performance.
The minister said: 'We do not condone such gatherings because they can invite uncivilised acts. Do the opposition parties want to encourage such activities? What is the benefit from these?

Pulled down trousers ??? So what ??? Belly BIG DEAL ah ??? If the same go naked than I would said Korrect Korrect Korrect as it may deem uncivilised la.

Maybe he is telling the people that one need to lick the buttock of some bodomy to be in your position la so that they also can talk civilisely / crap la :)

Bottomline .. BN and PRakyat ..pls stop the crap of sandiwara la .. you all acting like a kiddy la .. u poke me ah, i have to poke you back one is it ?? Just like the application Super Poke in the face book ah ???

PDRM ?? What is happening ? Bodomy@Sodomy ??

Bala missing ? The infamous Bala who make two stunning Statutory Declaration to the Malaysia Public ... for more stories re the SD please refer to http://sloone.wordpress.com/2008/07/05/these-photos-will-tell-you-when-bala-was-under-duress/ and http://sloone.wordpress.com/2008/07/05/where-is-bala/ for more info.

So the Police Di Raja Malaysia ("PDRM") have announce or plead for help from interpool or whatever agency it required to locate the same? WTF la .. PDRM and the immigration officer cannot talk to each other one ah ??? Where is your common sense la .. :-) Different pay master one is it ?

If Bala is so important to the investigation, PDRM would have done better than the above la. But then the blunder from the PDRM is no BIG deal la ...... even it happen to Sin City la .. the in famous Mat Selamat also can espcape mah.

Maybe the Malaysia military intelliengence can assist the PDRM one la .. since they also inform the public that the same did not receive any material info re the assination of the X DPM.

Bodohmy @ Sodomy :-)

Malay rights - a mystical myth?
Shaik Rizal Sulaiman Jun 23, 08 4:29pm
The Malays are ‘technically’ in power governing the country but it also this same controlling group that demands the right to correct economic imbalances and disparities for its own race.
What does this say about the ‘majority governing’ Malay race for the last 50 years?

I dare say that most Malaysians (regardless of race) below the age of 40 would like to see all opportunities be spread amongst those who deserve it on meritocracy.
We do not need the keris anymore to tell others to be careful of what they say and do because in the survival of the fittest, the keris is of very little relevance!

If we continue to hide under the ‘bumiputera’ tempurung as most Malays have been in the last 50 years or more, the catch-up game will just get harder and the gap wider.

If we continue to expect without earning it, we will never learn how to be a race that succeeds on merit. There is no substitute for merit.

The Malay politicians continue to shout about Malay rights and bumiputera rights because the very nature of our local politics is sadly racially biased. In this day and age, a great nation is built upon joint success stories, meritocracy and the combined hard work of its people without any fear or favour of racial biased politics governing our daily policies.

I am below 40 and as much as I love the ‘idea’ that Malaysia is tanah tumpahnya darah orang Melayu, I can’t help but also feel that this country is for all Malaysians alike including the Chongs, the Kumars, the Xaviers, the Kaurs etc who were born on the same day in the same hospital as me here in Malaysia.

If we feel that we deserve this country more than them, then we should have shown them a long time ago that we deserve the ‘control all’ status. We have to earn it. The policies failed because the very concept of Malay rights or the NEP/DEB is like a double-edged sword.
On one hand, it aims to eradicate wealth disparity but on the other, it has made the Malays oblivious of what reality is. Our success is only reflected in the ‘perceived’ political power which today can collapse in a matter of minutes.

I would also like to see my children succeed in their country, Malaysia, for reasons that true success should be based upon, which are merit and hard work and not because they are Malays or bumiputeras.

For as long as the Malays don’t see this, there is very little point in fighting for Malay rights. It just makes us look more ridiculous. We have taken this notion of being privileged a bit too literally in that it now simply means we want this country and its fruits all for ourselves without accepting the responsibilities that come with it.

I blame the Malay politicians for this because we want to only fight the cause without strategising for the true substance and need of the cause. We have been given fish all the while without being taught how to fish.

It’s funny how two different generations can be so diverse in their thinking and the recent elections proved just that. We are no longer concerned with racial problems but more so the never-ending Malay agenda issues.

The rakyat has spoken and the landscape has drastically changed. Is this change welcomed? Is it good? The answer is ‘no’ because we the Malays have been caught with our pants down - we are not ready to compete on any level playing field (we can’t even compete on advantageous grounds!).

Even with three or five more continuing policies for Malay rights or bumiputera privileges over the next 50 years, we will still be in exactly the same position as we are in today. The truth hurts and the truth will always prevail. And the truth of what’s to come will not go away.
I am cynical perhaps because I feel that Malay rights is not relevant anymore. The right to be safe, to be treated fairly, to have a world-class healthcare and education, to enjoy equal prosperity, to have good governance, to live in a clean environment and to be war-free is what I want for my Malaysia. Not for my race to be artificially powerful.

If we want the Malays to fail, then by all means continue the fight for Malay rights. Go and polish your keris.

Being Poison !!!!!!

Apparently these Angsana Trees have been debarked and vandalised by way of poison

Nice or not ...esp those bushy hair on top of the trees but if u view the below pic ... u will be surprise :0

i wonder what does the resident of Bangsar think of the new hairstyle of the said tree.

Another view of the new hairstyle ... Courtesy of DBKL under the sick instruction of Lucky Garden Resident Association Chairman .. by the name of Encik Ahmad Nordin.
